Many of the children we support are growing up with significant challenges, including poverty, trauma, adverse childhood experiences and limited access to positive opportunities. These experiences can increase vulnerability to exclusion, exploitation and violence.
Solidarity Futures provides a safe and nurturing environment where young people can develop the relationships, skills and confidence needed to thrive. Through sport, mentoring, creative activities, educational experiences and positive role models, we help children strengthen their emotional wellbeing, build resilience and develop a sense of belonging within their community.
Our work focuses on prevention rather than crisis response. By engaging children early, supporting healthy relationships and creating opportunities for achievement and connection, we help reduce risk factors while strengthening the protective factors that enable young people to make positive choices and build hopeful futures.
