Grandparents who are special guardians to their grandchildren facing challenging circumstances receive regular respite with us. Grandparents enjoy trips in and around London such as the theatre and clubs including tennis and crochet, nurturing friendships and receiving tailored support.

Thanks to our wonderful partnerships, our grandparents enjoy the best of London, including watching brilliant shows such as Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular with Earl’s Court Development Company. The Hurlingham Club Foundation, introduced to us by our Ambassador Sally Strahan, leads fantastic tennis sessions for our grandparents, helping them with gentle exercise to keep them fit and healthy.

“I want to thank you for a fantastic day of tennis it was wonderful learning how to play and hit that ball. I thought i would be in pain this morning but no I feel great. I used muscle my body forgot it had. I look forward to next week.”

“I really value the special events for grandparents. It’s really nice to get to know others in a similar position and to spend time doing things just for me. It helps me to remember who I am and to enjoy life. Having my own needs met and feeling more relaxed has a big impact on my parenting.”

Our programmes create joyful experiences, trusted relationships, and steady support throughout the year.
Your support helps our team continue creating safe, joyful, and meaningful experiences for children and families.
